CANCELLATION POLICY

We rigorously work on delivering our orders as soon as possible. Once the order is confirmed and accepted, we immediately process it to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can get hold of your order before it is shipped out.

This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. There may however be time to cancel your order altogether so you can start fresh. Please email us at info@paperpari.com as soon as possible with the subject line “Cancellation” and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what best we can do!

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At the house of Paperpari, our priority is to deliver quality product and services. Our orders go through a rigorous quality check before despatching them. However, if a product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can email us with the photo of leaked or damaged items and in such cases we either offer an exchange or a discount on your next purchase which Paperpari reserves the right to decide.

If you have received a wrong product other than your order, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/exchange within 2 days of receiving the order:

Step 1: Contact our team via email within 2 business days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and packaging intact within 10 days.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
